This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and nonresalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final.

However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page) within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund.

If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

A: Delivery times depend on your location. We will do our best to fulfill your order the same day as long as it reaches the cut-off time of 2 PM PST. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by MyPleasure, or our Distributors. Delivery is based on the shipping method you have chosen. A: Yes, all orders are shipped in a plain envelope or box with only a return address and no company name.

A: Standard shipping is free for orders $69 and up (before tax and after the coupon code is applied) otherwise the shipping starts at a low $4.95. If you need your order faster, you will be provided with other options you can choose from. The cost of faster shipping will be determined based on shipping method chosen.

A: USPS is our preferred shipping method. Once the order is processed an email notification will be sent to you. Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?

A: In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get items quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping. A new order must be created if you still want the order.
