Warranty Policy

At MyPleasure, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.



Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items that have been opened or used.

We may accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival, or
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.



Limited Warranty (Defective Products)

Certain products (such as vibrators and other electronic devices) are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty period: 1 year from delivery
  • Applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

If your product becomes defective within this period, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item or a comparable product.



What Is Not Covered

The warranty and return policy do not cover:

  • Products that have been opened (unless defective)
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or storage
  • Water damage (unless the product is explicitly waterproof)
  • Consumables (lubricants, cleaners, etc.)
  • Apparel, lingerie, and non-electronic accessories



How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

To request a return (if eligible) or file a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

Additional Terms

  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period
  • MyPleasure reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions above
